Mojopet Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. We ship
through either FEDEX or USPS.You have the option of choosing what shipping
method best fits your needs. You will be sent a confirmation email with a
tracking number, which will allow you to confirm shipment of your order.
No minimum order is required. However - Shipping and handling charges will
be applied to all orders under $150.00 for accounts in the 48 contiguous United
States. Shipping and handling will be paid by Mojopet LLC for orders of $150.00
or more for accounts in the 48 contiguous United States. We will ship orders to Alaska,
Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and other U.S. Territories via FedEx. Purchaser will be
required to pay all shipping cost associated with order, regardless of the amount
purchased.
Free Shipping Details:
Mojopet LLC offers Free shipping on orders over $150 where the shipping address is
in the 48 contiguous United States. Mojopet offers deep discounts on the products we
carry and our free shipping rate reflects those discounted prices.
Return
Policy:
Mojopet wants you to be satisfied with the service we provide.
Mojopet will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date
as long as the item has not been used and is still in sellable condition.
Their will be a 20% re-stocking fee subtracted from any refund that is issued.
In Addition, Mojopet will accept the return of any defective item or any item that is damaged
during it’s shipment to you. In the instance of a damaged or defective product the
20% restocking fee will be waived. We require that you inspect your shipment upon
receiving it. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery,
you have the right to refuse it. Please contact us at customerservice@mojopet.com
describing the issue, then contact FEDEX 1-800-463-3339. Please retain the original
shipping cartons, as examination by FEDEX inspectors may be necessary. MOJO
PET will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if product warrants return.
Please return the item, with RA #, to the address listed below. You
will either receive credit or product will be replaced.
Customers will be responsible for all Return shipping costs.
