Returns & Exchanges

Mojopet wants you to be satisfied with the service we provide.  Mojopet will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the item has not been used and is still in sellable condition.  Their will be a 20% re-stocking fee subtracted from any refund that is issued.  In Addition, Mojopet will accept the return of any defective item or any item that is damaged during it’s shipment to you.  In the instance of a damaged or defective product the 20% restocking fee will be waived.  We require that you inspect your shipment upon receiving it.  If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it.  Please contact us at customerservice@mojopet.com describing the issue, then contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.  Please retain the original shipping cartons, as examination by FedEx inspectors may be necessary.  Mojopet will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if product warrants return.  Please return the item, with RA #, to the address listed below.  You will either receive credit or product will be replaced.  Mojopet will be happy to work with you to exchange a product that was ordered as long as the product is still in like new condition.  Customers will be responsible for all Return shipping costs.
